today was the first day of adam khoo workshop. 4seek classes venue was at the library. started the talk and it was quite fun and funny. everyone was laughing and laughing. our 1st coach was 'gary' 2nd was 'layroy' 3rd was 'almin'
gary said about our the amount of money we earn when we grow up. usually males spent more den females. boys have to pay for his girlfriends expenses also. hhahas. girls are more fortunate. =D
layroy said about our brains and almin said about characters and many more
many girl love to say the word ''anything'' and ''dont know''.
for example when a boy asked her girlfriend ''darling where do u wan to eat for ur lunch'' ''girl replied the word ANYTHING'' when the boyfriends brought the girl to the place. the girl will ask ''why u bring mie here?'' but dont forget, at 1st the girl said 'anything'
REMEMBER : when a girlfriend look unhappy and the boyfriend asked what happened. the girl replied ''NOTHING'' boys pls dont ever think that its really nothing. for a girl thinking. a NOTHING doesnt really mean NOTHING.
girls wants the guy to care. if not she will continue thinking about why doesnt the guy care about her. its does really happened. i accept that i found myself having that too xD
for boys, a word NOTHING really means nothing. hahas.

SELF ESTEEM
are you a low self esteem or high self esteem person? I'm the low self esteem type =D. it jus simply means that low self esteem people are those who cannot accept people saying their bad points, people who are lacked of confident! as for high self esteem people are the opposite compared with low self esteem ones.

i also relise that i'm someone who dont know how to control my emotion.
i hope that after this 3 day. i will be able to cope with my own emotion. dont always have the negative thinking and saddness.
we also learn about our brain. brains are separated into left and right. are we the right brain person or left brain ones? most people in the world are right brain people.
RIGHT BRAIN consist of creative, rythme, etc.
LEFT BRAIN consist of language, maths, pattern, etc.
left brain people are those who always talks about LOGIC and it's those people who are boring. luckily we are the right brain person. the most genius people is the world are people who function with both right and left brain at the same time. we must learn to be that kind of person.
today section ended at around 9.15pm. walked home quickly with xia and jo. tml will be the 2nd day le. hope i can be more discipline and motivated after this 3days program.
hope to be someone who will not be so emotional and wont be sad all the time. (:
its had really be a tiring and long day for this adam khoo workshop.
