GOOD MORNING!

today I'm an early bird, but I'm a little sleepy now. =X

wake up at 5.45am and walk with mum to her work place and I had a light breakfast there

started running from mum's work place to Jurong point, then run along bus179 road side.

I ran all the way back home, really perspire like hell!

reached home, NO KEY? OMG!

I was punished by myself as I've no key to go into my house.

kept calling house phone until sis finally woke up and open the door for me.

thanks and sorry to wake you up =)

I also like to say sorry to Huimin as I went running so early,

I didn't knew she wants to run today so I went myself =X.

but I'll be meeting her for rest of the week. HEES ^^

In actual fact, which girl/women/lady in this world is happy with their own figure?

it's true that all wants to be THIN? SLIM? SKINNY? &have SLENDER SHOULDER!

however some deceive themselves by saying they just want to keep fit.

although we want to burn the excess, we should not skip meals =)

eat healthily, exercise regularly is the best choice.
